About
I am honored and privileged to have received the Governor General Sovereign National Award for my voluntary contribution to my community, Canada, and abroad. Currently, I am the Director of Digital Marketing and Business Development at 2Gen.Net, an award-winning digital media company specializing in developing sophisticated mobile and website applications and strategies.
Previously, I was a co-owner of Sonic Boom Creative Media where I collaborated with renowned names in Canadian advertising to produce award-winning campaigns.
In my recent volunteer work, I served on the executive bid team to bring the Commonwealth Games back to Hamilton for the Centennial Games in 2030. I strongly believe that these Games can lead to economic revival for the city and leave a lasting legacy for future generations. Our focus on inclusiveness, diversity, and making a significant social impact will be the key highlights of these Games.

Next, the campaign profiled five Lay's potato farmers with down-to-earth stories rich in emotion, humility and community. Reinforcing this, the "Lay's Happiness Exhibit" (created in partnership with Flickr) allowed a community of like-minded moms to share the family's happiest moments with each other. And the entire effort generated superb in-store support.
RESULTS: For 2009, Lay's had the best year in its history. Dollar sales were up 13% vs. the year prior, and all metrics of brand health were exceptionally strong. This success has continued into 2010, with dollar sales to date up an additional 7.3% vs. year ago.
